According to thickness: where greater than 0.012mm aluminum foil called single foil, less than or equal to 0.012mm called double foil; There is also a thickness after the decimal point with a 0 called single zero foil, after the decimal point with two 0 called double foil.
According to the state: can be divided into full hard foil, soft foil, semi-hard foil, 3/4 hard foil, 1/4 hard foil. Fully hard foils are unannealed foils rolled (fully annealed strip and cold rolled by > 75%); Soft foil refers to the foil that has been completely annealed after cold rolling. Where aluminum foil tensile strength between hard foil and soft foil called semi-hard foil; Where the tensile strength is between full hard foil and semi-hard foil is 3/4 hard foil; The tensile strength of aluminum foil between soft foil and semi-hard foil is called 1/4 hard foil.
According to the surface state: can be divided into single-sided light foil and double-sided light foil. Aluminum foil rolling is divided into sheet rolling and double rolling, sheet rolling, both sides of the foil and roll surface contact, both sides have bright metal luster, known as double-sided light foil. In double rolling, only one side of each foil contacts with the roll, and the side that contacts with the roll is bright, and the two sides that contact with each other between the aluminum foil are dark. This foil is called single side light foil. The minimum thickness of double-sided foil mainly depends on the diameter of the work roll, usually no less than 0.01mm, the thickness of single-sided foil is usually no more than 0.03mm, the current minimum thickness can reach 0.004mm.
